2. Information you choose to provide
If you contact us or ask to join our newsletter list, you may provide your email address and the contents of your message. The website directs you to our contact page, where the official sales address can be copied; it does not silently store your address in a marketing database.
3. Why we use information
We use information you provide to answer enquiries, manage requested communications, discuss retail or licensing opportunities, and send updates only where you have asked us to do so.
4. Consent and withdrawal
Newsletter communications are based on your request and consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Website technology
The site uses essential session storage to remember when a visitor closes the welcome message and local storage to remember the visitor’s cookie choice. A favourites cookie may also remember characters selected on the visitor’s device. These functions do not require optional analytics. Website hosting providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the site.
6. Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used only after a visitor selects “Accept optional”. It helps us understand aggregate information such as visited pages, approximate location, device type and how visitors move through the site. The measurement identifier is G-JQNMR7S1SQ and IP anonymisation is requested. Google Consent Mode v2 defaults analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation to denied. Advertising signals remain denied even when analytics is accepted. Visitors who reject optional cookies do not load the analytics tag.
7. Changing your cookie choice
Select “Cookie settings” at the bottom-left of any page to review your choice at any time. Rejecting optional cookies is as easy as accepting them. Changing a choice affects future use of analytics on that device.
8. External websites
Links to Amazon and other websites are governed by those organisations’ privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies before providing personal information or making a purchase.
9. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, legal requirements and the resolution of enquiries. We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access or misuse.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise a right or raise a concern.
11. Children
The website is designed for families, but contact and newsletter forms are intended for parents, guardians and adults. Children should not submit personal information without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
