Little World Studios develops its character products with Weijun Toys in China, an experienced toy manufacturer and Disney-approved factory. The relationship gives licensing, retail and distribution partners a clear route from creative concept through sampling, testing and controlled production.

An established production partner for character-led toys.
Weijun Toys supports the development and manufacture of character products, including plush toys, mini plush keychains and collectible PVC figures. Its role is to convert approved Little World Studios artwork and creative direction into engineered samples and repeatable production specifications.
For partners, this means the creative IP and the manufacturing pathway can be presented together: characters, stories, product architecture, technical development, sampling, testing and scalable production.
Plush patterns, PVC sculpts, materials, finishes, embroidery, colour matching and packaging can be developed from approved character specifications.
Testing requirements can be planned for the intended territory, including EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA and other applicable standards.
Golden samples, in-line checks, inspection criteria and final product review help keep mass production aligned with the approved design.
Development pathway

Each project follows documented approvals before production.
Character review
Artwork, scale, personality, intended age grade and product format are reviewed before development begins.
Engineering
Patterns, sculpts, materials, colours, embroidery, construction and packaging requirements are translated into a manufacturable specification.
Prototype
A first sample is produced for creative, safety, proportion, colour and construction review, followed by controlled revisions.
Golden sample
An approved pre-production sample becomes the quality reference for materials, workmanship, colour and final appearance.
Testing & production
Applicable market testing, material controls, in-line inspection and production checks support compliant mass manufacture.
Final inspection
Finished products, packaging, labels and cartons can be checked against the approved specification before shipment.
What “Disney-approved factory” means
Disney approval relates to the manufacturing facility and its participation in Disney’s established factory-authorisation and compliance processes. It demonstrates that the factory has operated within demanding international production requirements. It does not mean that Disney owns, licenses, sponsors or endorses Little World Studios or its characters.
Product-specific certificates, audit information, testing plans and commercial production details can be supplied to bona-fide licensing, retail and distribution partners where appropriate and, when required, under NDA.
